PantryChef Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 19, 2026
Data stored by PantryChef
PantryChef saves pantry ingredients, favorite recipe identifiers, and shopping-list items on your device. The app does not send this information to the developer and does not require an account. The current version does not include advertising, analytics SDKs, tracking, or a developer-operated cloud service.
Backups and deletion
Your device's backup services may include the app's saved data according to your Apple settings. Removing an ingredient, favorite, or shopping-list item updates the app's current saved list. Uninstalling the app removes its local data, although copies may remain in backups managed by you or Apple.
Support and beta feedback
If you choose to email support or submit TestFlight feedback, the developer receives the information you provide. This may include your email address, comments, screenshots, and diagnostic details. This information is used to respond to your report and improve the app. Do not include information you do not want to share. You may email the developer to request deletion of support correspondence held by the developer.
Apple operates TestFlight and may collect and share beta-testing diagnostics and feedback under its own terms and privacy policy. Email providers and backup services handle information according to their own policies.
Changes and contact
If the app's data practices change, this policy and the app's privacy disclosures will be updated.
